Ideal for tradeshows, digital signage and other applications where foot traffic comes from multiple directions, Premier Mounts has launched a range of 3 back-to-back double (dual) large flat monitor TV stands, suitable for supporting 2 LCD, LED or Plasma screens up to a massive 63”, back-to-back.

The range comprises the CS60-2MS2 (60” 152cm high version), the CS72-2MS2 (72” 183cm high version) and the CS84-2MS2 (82” 213cm high version).

This range of stands can be used as ‘Free Standing’, or they can be secured to the floor using 4 fixings as the bases are pre-drilled with 4 x 10mm diameter holes.

The exceptionally sturdy high grade 6mm thick steel bases support 2 x 50mm chromed steel poles, on these two poles there are two tilt mechanisms allowing two extra-large screens to be mounted back-to-back. Due to the sturdy design and build quality of this stand, two LCD, LED or plasma screens, between the sizes 37” and 63” can easily be supported, indeed these stands can support a maximum combined weight of 146kg.

The screens can be mounted at any height on the poles, and the poles themselves have cable management, allowing the cables to be passed through them.

As you would expect from one of the World’s leading manufacturers, this range has been tested and approved for safety by Underwriters Laboratories® (UL)

There are two main independent testing companies certifying the safety of commercial products, TÜV and UL. TÜV is a safety testing house based in the EEC, whereas UL is situated in the USA.

Each testing company individually evaluates products to ensure that they safely meet the manufacturers claimed specifications, and that they are able to perform to the manufacturers claimed specifications, over a number of years.

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is an independent product safety certification organisation. based in the USA.

UL develops standards and test procedures for products, materials, components, assemblies, tools and equipment, chiefly dealing with product safety.

Underwriters Laboratories® is an independent product safety certification organisation that has been testing products and writing standards for safety for more than a century. UL evaluates more than 19,000 types of products, components, materials and systems annually with 20 billion UL Marks appearing on 66,000 manufacturers’ products each year. UL’s worldwide family of companies and network of service providers includes 68 laboratory, testing and certification facilities serving customers in 102 countries.

INSURANCE COMPANIES APPROVE OF UL & TÜV SAFETY APPROVED PRODUCTS

As all our commercial products are either UL or TÜV tested, your insurance company could not claim that the product was unsuitable for your TV. With inferior products, if they are not fully safety approved, insurance companies can reject any subsequent claims. Perhaps more importantly, if a product has been tested, approved and certified by UL or TUV, then you can rest assured that the specification claims are true and realistic, unlike some very low cost products coming into the UK.
