Premier Launches Extra Tall LED, LCD Plasma TV Monitor Stands

Premier Mounts of the US has noted a gap in the market for extra-tall Stands for LED, LCD and Plasma TVs and Monitors. Typically, most Stands allow the centre of the TV or monitor to sit at about 1.5m from the floor (roughly 5’) With this in mind Premier has launched two single pole stands that allow TVs and monitors up to 40” in diameter to be mounted as high as 2.13m (over 7’).

These single pole floor stands are ideal for LCD, Plasma and LED TVs or monitors with VESA fittings up to 200 x 200mm, typically those up to 40”. These stands come supplied with a base unit and either a 72” (183cm) or 84” (213cm) chrome pole and a tilting TV mount.

The B72-PRT is the 72” (183cm) version and the B84-PRT is the 84” (213cm) version.

These extra-tall TV monitor stands are ideal for use in front of audiences as they will keep the TV or monitor above head height allowing better viewing from further back.

For Peace of Mind, the stand bases can be secured to the floor as they are pre-drilled with 10mm holes to take anchoring screws or bolts.

That ultra-flat base (6mm) is ideal for use on exhibition stands or public access areas, where it can easily be carpeted over, without becoming a tripping hazard.

The 50mm diameter chrome pole can be used to hide the cables, at the top and bottom there are cut-outs to allow cables to be passed through.

This is a complete kit, you should not need any further items to safely mount you TV to this very sturdy floor stand.

This stand is supplied with a TV Monitor tilting mechanism (+-15 degrees) for perfect viewing angles.

As these stands adhere to the VESA200 standard mounting specifications, you can be sure that they are more than capable of supporting most TVs on the market, certainly those up to 40”. Certainly all current Samsung, Panasonic, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, LG, Philips and Hitachi TVs follow this prescribed standard. Samsung 32” & 37” LED models adhere to the VESA200 standard, however the 40” Samsung does not. If you are not sure whether your TV or monitor will fit these stands, please let us help.
